Here’s a few example repairs I’ve carried out… a few of many!
The nose of this board has seen at least one war maybe more!
With board repairs it’s always best to remove any damaged material
Pretty invisible repair eh? 
The underneath of this nose was even worse!
All nasties removed…
Voids filled with Q-cell foam filler, re-glassed, painted off white to match board and then one last coat of resin and a polish
Another board in need of a good nose job! -
Below par “repairs”!
Any damaged material removed.
New pieces of foam glued in place and then shaped.
New glass over repair.
Red mixed to match then painted, top coat of resin, quick sand and a polish
